Microsoft Brings Guest Access to Teams

Microsoft rolled out a new feature on a Teams service to allow guest access on all office 365 commercial and education customers. Office 365 users to add people from outside the company so the guest can participate in the chat, join meetings, collaborate on documents, and more. User with an active directory account can be added as a guest in Teams.

Users across Microsoft commercial cloud service and third-party Azure AD  integrated apps can be added as a guest in teams.  IT enterprise can manage how guest participates within their office 365 environment. IT admin can view add or revoke any guests.

125000 organizations in 181 markets now use teams while 30,000 organizations in 145 markets in January. Microsoft rolled out Outlook add-ins for Android such as Evernote, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Nimble, Microsoft translator, OnePlace Mail, Outlook Customer Manager, Smart sheet, and Trello.
